一、學(xué)校簡(jiǎn)介 About WZU

溫州大學(xué)坐落于中國(guó)歷史文化名城、改革開(kāi)放先行區(qū)浙江省溫州市。學(xué)科門(mén)類(lèi)齊全，涵蓋經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、法學(xué)、教育學(xué)、文學(xué)、歷史學(xué)、理學(xué)、工學(xué)、醫(yī)學(xué)、管理學(xué)、藝術(shù)學(xué)、交叉學(xué)科等十一大門(mén)類(lèi)，擁有54個(gè)本科專(zhuān)業(yè)，32個(gè)碩士項(xiàng)目，1個(gè)博士項(xiàng)目，形成了師范教育、創(chuàng)新創(chuàng)業(yè)教育、華僑教育三大辦學(xué)特色。

學(xué)校教育國(guó)際化特色鮮明。在意大利創(chuàng)建溫州大學(xué)意大利分校，獲批浙江省“絲路學(xué)院”，在泰國(guó)東方大學(xué)開(kāi)設(shè)孔子學(xué)院，與意大利錫耶納大學(xué)合作舉辦獨(dú)立孔子課堂。

Surrounded by scenic mountains, vast waterways and the heart of a vibrant coastal city, Wenzhou University (WZU) provides unparalleled educational opportunities for students who wish to study in a rich cultural environment and benefit from a strong academic tradition.WZU offers 54 undergraduate, 32 master's and 1 doctoral programs in 20 colleges and schools, covering 11 disciplines such as arts, science, engineering, law, education, business, history, management and fine arts.

The university has always been committed to the education of international students, and all undergraduate and postgraduate programs are open to international students. Recognizing the limited Chinese proficiency of some international applicants, WZU offers courses taught exclusively in English at both the undergraduate and postgraduate levels. These special programs provide rich opportunities for international students to acquire highly specialized knowledge while gaining a better understanding of the Chinese language and culture.

WZU's College of International Education was established in 2006 with the educational philosophy of "Amazing WZUers: Bringing the world, connecting Wenzhou with the world". Currently, WZU has a mix of international students from 90 countries, including the USA, Italy, Russia, Thailand and Indonesia. Our graduates are employed all over the world, and the number of those working or starting businesses in Wenzhou is steadily increasing.

二、學(xué)院簡(jiǎn)介 About The College of Overseas Chinese

華僑學(xué)院為學(xué)校獨(dú)立建制的實(shí)體二級(jí)學(xué)院，承擔(dān)華僑華人與僑務(wù)工作研究相關(guān)學(xué)科建設(shè)、人才培養(yǎng)、社會(huì)服務(wù)等職能，設(shè)有華僑華人學(xué)交叉學(xué)科。學(xué)院充分發(fā)揮溫州僑鄉(xiāng)資源優(yōu)勢(shì)，聚焦歐洲，圍繞僑研究、僑教育、僑文化三大領(lǐng)域開(kāi)展工作。

學(xué)院設(shè)有國(guó)務(wù)院僑辦首批全國(guó)華文教育基地、教育部意大利研究中心、中國(guó)華僑華人研究（溫州大學(xué)）基地、中國(guó)華僑國(guó)際文化交流基地等豐富研究交流平臺(tái)，致力于傳播中華優(yōu)秀文化、加強(qiáng)中外教育文化交流，為廣大海外華僑華人、華裔青少年發(fā)展提供學(xué)習(xí)交流平臺(tái)。

作為中外文化交流的特色基地，學(xué)院不僅注重學(xué)術(shù)研究和知識(shí)傳授，而且特別關(guān)注華裔學(xué)生的成長(zhǎng)，致力于促進(jìn)華裔新生代的發(fā)展，幫助華裔新生代更好了解自己，增強(qiáng)對(duì)自己身份與文化的認(rèn)同。截至目前，學(xué)院共舉辦“親情中華·為你講故事”網(wǎng)上夏令營(yíng)、中華文化大樂(lè)園等活動(dòng)1250余場(chǎng)，服務(wù)50多個(gè)國(guó)家、300余所海外華文學(xué)校、300余萬(wàn)人次；并從1999年至今連續(xù)舉辦21屆“中國(guó)尋根之旅”海外華裔青少年夏令營(yíng)活動(dòng)，為華裔學(xué)生提供豐富多彩的文化體驗(yàn)和學(xué)習(xí)機(jī)會(huì)，以增強(qiáng)華裔學(xué)生對(duì)中華文化的認(rèn)知和熱愛(ài)。

The College of Overseas Chinese is an independent second-level college established by WZU, responsible for the construction of disciplines related to overseas Chinese and overseas Chinese affairs research, expert training, social services, and other functions. It has an interdisciplinary field of overseas Chinese studies. The college fully utilizes the advantages of resources in Wenzhou's overseas Chinese hometown, focuses on Europe, and carries out work in three major areas: overseas Chinese research, overseas Chinese education, and overseas Chinese culture.

The college has rich research and exchange platforms, including the first batch of national Chinese education bases under the Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of the State Council, the Italian Research Center of the Ministry of Education, the Chinese Overseas Chinese Research Base (Wenzhou University), and the Chinese Overseas Chinese International Cultural Exchange Base. It is committed to promoting the excellence of Chinese culture, strengthening educational and cultural exchanges between China and foreign countries, and providing a learning and exchange platform for the development of overseas Chinese, Chinese people of Chinese descent, and young people of Chinese descent.

As a characteristic base for cultural exchange between China and foreign countries, Overseas Chinese College not only focuses on academic research and knowledge transfer, but also pays special attention to the growth of Chinese students, committed to promoting the development of the new generation of Chinese students, helping them better understand themselves, and enhancing their cultural identity. As of now, the college has held more than 1250 online summer camps, Chinese Culture Park and other activities such as "Family Love in China: Telling Stories for You", serving more than 50 countries, more than 300 overseas Chinese schools and more than 3 million visitors; since 1999, we have held 21 consecutive overseas Chinese youth summer camps, providing Chinese students with diverse cultural experiences and learning opportunities to enhance their understanding and love of Chinese culture.

The college has an excellent faculty and advanced teaching concepts, creating high-quality teaching resources and learning environment for students. The college actively cooperates with relevant institutions at home and abroad to carry out various cultural exchange activities, providing more practical opportunities and exhibition platforms for Chinese students.

華僑華人學(xué)

Overseas Chinese Studies

華僑華人學(xué)碩士學(xué)位點(diǎn)以涉僑研究人才培養(yǎng)為中心目標(biāo)，協(xié)同各相關(guān)一級(jí)學(xué)科，凝練學(xué)科發(fā)展的主攻方向和領(lǐng)域，探索華僑華人學(xué)發(fā)展路徑，依托溫州大學(xué)中國(guó)史、教育學(xué)、應(yīng)用經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、法學(xué)、計(jì)算機(jī)科學(xué)等一級(jí)學(xué)科碩士學(xué)位點(diǎn)，圍繞涉僑研究和人才培養(yǎng)分別開(kāi)設(shè)華僑華人史、華文教育、華商經(jīng)濟(jì)和僑益保護(hù)等四個(gè)方向。

The interdisciplinary degree in Overseas Chinese Studies at Wenzhou University leverages its master's degree programs in Chinese History, Education, Applied Economics, Law, and Computer Science and Technology. It offers four research directions: Overseas Chinese History, Chinese Language Education, Overseas Chinese Economy, and the Protection of Overseas Chinese Rights and Interests. The program also plans to utilize computer science and technology for interdisciplinary integration, undertaking projects such as developing and constructing an Overseas Chinese database and big data research related to Overseas Chinese affairs. In the future, it aims to broaden its interdisciplinary scope by incorporating fields like Environmental Ecology, Architecture, and Aesthetics into Overseas Chinese Studies.

The graduates of the Overseas Chinese Studies program primarily find employment opportunities in various fields, reflecting the interdisciplinary nature of their education. Key employment directions include:

1.Foreign-related departments such as Overseas Chinese Affairs Offices, Immigration Bureaus, Consular Departments of Ministries of Foreign Affairs, and Immigration and Exit-Entry Administration Departments;

2.International organizations (featuring a multicultural and multilingual background, familiar with Chinese immigrant communities – a new generation of Chinese descent);

3.Professional talent in Overseas Chinese studies, aiming for further doctoral studies;

4.Engaging in entrepreneurship in global fields related to Overseas Chinese, including law, economics, technology, and culture.

四、研究方向 Research Fields

華僑華人史

History of Overseas Chinese

作為極具包容度的學(xué)科門(mén)類(lèi)，華僑華人史方向?qū)⒃跉v史學(xué)理論和方法的規(guī)范之下，研究華僑華人移民史、華僑華人社會(huì)文化史、僑鄉(xiāng)區(qū)域社會(huì)史、華僑華人社團(tuán)、華校、華媒，以及華人族群、族群關(guān)系、移民和僑務(wù)政策等課題。在研究方法上，強(qiáng)調(diào)一手文獻(xiàn)史料的搜集和挖掘，開(kāi)展社會(huì)調(diào)查和口述史研究，并注重人類(lèi)學(xué)、社會(huì)學(xué)、政治學(xué)等相關(guān)學(xué)科理論的借鑒和對(duì)話(huà)。

As an academic category with high inclusivity, the field of Overseas Chinese History, under the norms of historical theory and methodology, will study topics such as the immigration history of Overseas Chinese; the social and cultural history of Overseas Chinese communities; the regional social history of hometowns; Overseas Chinese associations; Chinese schools, media, and ethnic groups; ethnic relations; immigration; and diaspora policies. Regarding research methods, emphasis is placed on collecting and excavating primary historical documents, conducting social surveys and oral history research, and paying attention to the borrowing and dialogue of theories from related disciplines such as anthropology, sociology, and political science.

華文教育

Chinese Language Education

聚焦歐洲，開(kāi)展海外華文教育教學(xué)與理論研究，致力于華文教育教學(xué)、教法、教材、課程體系等研究，以全球華文學(xué)校、海外華裔青少年為研究對(duì)象，對(duì)華文學(xué)校發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀與趨勢(shì)、海外文化傳播、華裔身份認(rèn)同、華文教育信息技術(shù)開(kāi)發(fā)、華文教育教學(xué)質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)、華文學(xué)校數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)建設(shè)等領(lǐng)域進(jìn)行研究。通過(guò)進(jìn)一步拓展海外研究基地，搭建內(nèi)外聯(lián)動(dòng)的華文教育平臺(tái)，建立華文教育案例數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)，構(gòu)建華文學(xué)校評(píng)估理論體系，推動(dòng)華文教育創(chuàng)新發(fā)展。

Focusing on Europe, this field carries out overseas Chinese language education, teaching, and theoretical research, with global Chinese schools and overseas Chinese youth as research subjects. It explores the development status and trends of Chinese language schools, overseas cultural transmission, Chinese identity recognition, the development of information technology for Chinese language education, the quality evaluation of Chinese language education teaching, and the construction of databases for Chinese language schools. By further expanding overseas research bases and building a collaborative platform for Chinese language education domestically and internationally, establishing a database of case studies in Chinese language education, and constructing a theoretical system for the assessment of Chinese language schools, this field aims to promote the innovative development of Chinese language education.

華商經(jīng)濟(jì)

Chinese Merchant Economy

溫州華僑華人與家鄉(xiāng)經(jīng)濟(jì)保持著密切互動(dòng)，是華商資本最活躍的地區(qū)，2020年溫州市獲批“中國(guó)華商華僑綜合發(fā)展先行區(qū)”。本學(xué)科方向?qū)⒘⒆阏憬蜏刂莸胤浇?jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展需要，在經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)理論和方法下研究海外華商人物、企業(yè)、資本、投資經(jīng)營(yíng)，研究華僑華人經(jīng)濟(jì)與地方經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展及其互動(dòng)，研究華商在中外投資、中外貿(mào)易中的地位作用等。

The Overseas Chinese interact closely with the economy of their hometowns and are the most active region for Chinese merchant capital. In 2020, Wenzhou was approved as the "Pilot Zone for Comprehensive Development of Chinese Merchants and Overseas Chinese in China." This field will be based on the economic and social development needs of Zhejiang and Wenzhou, researching Overseas Chinese merchants, enterprises, capital, and investment management under economic theory and methodology. It involves the study of Overseas Chinese economy and its interaction with local economic and social development, as well as the role of Chinese merchants in domestic and foreign investment and Sino-foreign trade, thereby assisting Overseas Chinese to better participate in the historical process of Chinese-style modernization.

以華僑華人權(quán)益保護(hù)領(lǐng)域中的前沿問(wèn)題為導(dǎo)向，開(kāi)展海外利益保護(hù)、涉外法律制度和工作機(jī)制、海外領(lǐng)事保護(hù)、海外司法援助、海外人道救援機(jī)制、涉外企業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)管理、立法研究、國(guó)際投資、華僑民商事糾紛解決機(jī)制等研究。具體包括涉僑法律制度和工作機(jī)制、國(guó)際稅法和企業(yè)合規(guī)、在外人身安全保護(hù)、法律權(quán)益維護(hù)、人道救援、知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)保護(hù)、財(cái)產(chǎn)安全保護(hù)、歸僑投資權(quán)益、財(cái)產(chǎn)保護(hù)、養(yǎng)老保險(xiǎn)、僑資企業(yè)優(yōu)惠政策和措施研究等。

Guided by the frontier issues in the field of Overseas Chinese rights protection, research is conducted on overseas interests protection, foreign-related legal systems and working mechanisms, overseas consular protection, overseas judicial assistance, overseas humanitarian rescue mechanisms, foreign-related enterprise management, legislative research, international investment, and dispute resolution mechanisms for Overseas Chinese business and civil matters. This includes research on Overseas Chinese legal systems and working mechanisms, international tax law and corporate compliance, personal safety protection abroad, legal rights maintenance, humanitarian rescue, intellectual property protection, property safety, rights and interests of returning Overseas Chinese investors, property protection, pension insurance, and the study of preferential policies and measures for Overseas Chinese-funded enterprises.

非中國(guó)籍且身體健康，華裔學(xué)生優(yōu)先；

申請(qǐng)本科專(zhuān)業(yè)者：須具有高中學(xué)歷

Applicants for bachelor's degree studies must have a high school certificate.

Applicants for master's degree studies must have a bachelor's degree certificate.

語(yǔ)言要求Language requirements

英文授課項(xiàng)目申請(qǐng)者需英語(yǔ)水平良好。母語(yǔ)非英語(yǔ)申請(qǐng)者需提供托福/雅思/多鄰國(guó)或其他英語(yǔ)水平成績(jī)證明。

English-taught programs: Non-native English speakers should provide a TOEFL/IELTS/Duolingo report or other proof of English proficiency.

中文授課項(xiàng)目申請(qǐng)者需提供漢語(yǔ)水平考試（HSK）4級(jí)以上證明。

Chinese-taught programs: HSK 4 or higher is required.
